Carlo Rosa, Mike Ball Dive Expeditions multi award winning chef, was lucky enough to capture these images whilst diving at Deacons Reef in Papua New Guinea and Lighthouse Bommie in the Great Barrier Reef.

This magnificent 800 pound Black Marlin was photographed at 20 meters at picturesque Deacons Reef at Dinah's Beach, which is one of Mike Ball Dive Expeditions many dive sites in Papua New Guinea. Carlo and dive buddy Roger Klassmann had only moments before spotted another larger marlin and the two circled for over 20 minutes. Luckily this was not to be one of those 'he got away' stories with Carlo getting some exceptional photographs.

Who cannot be excited and awed by these majestic creatures, the Minke Whale. This Minke Whale was photographed days ago at Lighthouse Bommie which is situated on the pristine Ribbon Reefs of the Great Barrier Reef. Fortunately all on board Supersport saw the pod of 6 whales that remained at Lighthouse Bommie all day, making for some memorable moments and extraordinary photographs.
