| MULTI AWARD WINNING CHEF JOINS MIKE BALL TEAM Multi Award winning chef, Carlo Rosa, joined the Mike Ball Dive Expeditions team. Carlo who came with excellent qualifications and reputation was quickly hired by operations manager Craig Stephen. His many prestigious awards include "Vegetarian Chef of the Year", "Multi Saloon Culinaire", "Open Hotels Saucier - Sydney" and "Saucier Scholarship - Sydney Hilton." Carlo has been a chef for 18 years but now enjoys the challenges and rewards of working for Mike Ball Dive Expeditions. And who could argue, he has the best office view anyone could ask for, the Great Barrier Reef. |
