People often ask “What’s like to work up there in the Coral Sea during the cyclone season….Is it dangerous?  Does it get really windy like the ‘Perfect Storm’…Do you all take the summer off and go on holiday?”

After the dramatic events in North Queensland last summer, it would be easy to believe these kinds of myths, but the reality is……….summer in the tropics is…well….. calm.
