Lighthouse Bommie was such a highlight for the variety. Gotham City for the sharks by night.

Brian Buvinghausen - United States

Lighthouse Bommie was an incredible mashup of micro, macro & diverse sealife.

* Unfortunately due to cyclone Debbie there was no Videopro onboard Spoilsport this expedition.

Thoughtful, professional service on a well-designed vessel for scuba. Steve's Bommie diversity & amount of life to explore was definitely a highlight.

GBR locations that not too many boats go. The diving was great along, along with the crew.

Exciting night dives with sharks at Flare Point & Gotham City
From the dive deck By Jelle Kolet

Cuttlefish were seen planting their eggs at Coral Kingdom. Shark encounters were experienced on night dives with a bull shark roaming Flare Point, plus red bass, giant trevally, white tip & grey reef sharks were seen at Gotham City. A new dive site with an excellent wall and superb coral gardens completed the expedition.

Reef resilience and sea snakes galore
From the dive deck By Jelle Kolet

Unfortunately the strong wind warning prevented us from diving the Coral Sea. However on the Great Barrier Reef we had 25 meters viz at Lighthouse Bommie and many active olive sea snakes. A friendly green turtle swam with elated guest at Cracker Jack. The resilience of the reef is very evident at Graceland, which again boasts stunning colours and lots of fish life.

Hammerheads at two dive sites and a turtle spectacle
From the dive deck By Kiana Saltarelli

Hammerhead encounters at North Horn and Fairy Grotto left guests stunned. The dazzling colours of a Hawksbill Turtle’s shell was illuminated by ultra-violet torches during a night dive. The turtle spectacle continued at Snake Pit, where guests counted up to eight sightings of the enormous creatures.
