We knew the diving would be spectacular but didn't think the crew would challenge the GBR for the "Best thing about our Trip".
Nicole Hines - United States
Dive sites had plenty of life. Steve's Bommie was our favourite.

Great dives with great people. 'Amazing' the dive site lived up to its name. Shark feed & a whale shark.

The combination of amazing diving & amazing service. The crew are a rare breed of friendly & professional. A home away from home.
Lucky Divers
From the dive deck - Jelle Kolet
Extremely lucky divers were treated to a whale shark sighting during an already amazing shark feed at the amphitheatre on Osprey Reef. A tiger shark made an appearance at Bougainville reef. The cod at Cod Hole were engaged in a mating dance. Allowing guests to witness this unique courting behaviour.

December in the Coral Sea and GBR
From the dive deck - Kerrin Jones
Our northbound fair weather itinerary saw Spoilsport visit the Coral Sea’s Holmes, Bougainville and Osprey Reefs, where divers enjoyed sheer walls with plenty of swimthroughs and caves to explore, and encountered plenty of sharks.
The southbound trip from Lizard Island back to Cairns provided great diving on the Ribbon Reefs, with sharks, cuttlefish, turtles, and sea snakes seen.

The crew and volunteers were extremely helpful and cheerful. Great quality food and special care given to my vegan diet. Thank you!
Christmas Coral Sea Exploratory Trip
From the dive deck - Kerrin Jones
The guests on this week-long Coral Sea expedition must have been particularly good this year as Santa brought us great weather and sightings of some rare and unusual creatures for this Christmas trip. Fourteen nautilus were caught for viewing from the depths of Osprey Reef. Rare and elusive Lacy Scorpionfish (or Rhinopias) were spotted at two locations, and at Lighthouse Bommie divers watched a sea snake swallow a butterflyfish whole.
