TUNNELS TO EXPLORE AND SHARKS TO ADMIRE
From the dive deck – By Jelle Kolet
Exploring long tunnels that end at dramatic drop offs fuelled the sense of adventure when diving at Bougainville reef. The shark feed dive at the Amphitheatre at Osprey reef was nothing less than spectacular. Seeing the countless white tip reef sharks hunt during the night dive at Gotham city is a unique and exhilarating experience that left guests in awe. 6 - 9 August 2018

60m VISIBILITY AT AMPHITHEATRE SHARK FEED!
From the dive deck – By Kerrin Jones
Two days at Osprey Reef in the Coral Sea provided guests with some great wall dives and plenty of sharks, especially at the North Horn Amphitheatre shark feed where visibility was at least 60m. On the Ribbon Reefs, divers encountered cuttlefish, sea snakes, turtles and the great coral the GBR is famous for, at dive sites such as Coral Kingdom, Pixie Pinnacle and Steve’s Bommie.

Big Schools and Big Sharks
From the dive deck – By Jelle Kolet
Hundreds of barracuda and trevally schooled together in silvery tornados at False Entrance on Osprey reef enveloping exited divers. Two big silver tip sharks made an appearance at the shark feed at the Amphitheatre. Cracker Jack was covered in thousands of glass fish and small bait fish. A cuttlefish laid her eggs in the corals at Pixie Wall.

THE WONDERFUL WALLS OF THE CORAL SEA & THE REEFS OF THE GBR
From the dive deck – By Kerrin Jones
Great weather allowed Spoilsport to spend three days in the Coral Sea northbound, visiting both Bougainville and Osprey Reefs where divers enjoyed great wall dives and plenty of sharks, with the added bonus of a hammerhead sighting. Travelling south down the Ribbon Reefs divers met with friendly Potato Cod at the Cod Hole, turtles and sea snakes at Lighthouse Bommie, and well-camouflaged stonefish at Steve’s Bommie.
