THE BIG STUFF COMES OUT TO PLAY!
From the dive deck – Kerrin Jones
On the northbound leg we were able to spend three days in the Coral Sea diving both Bougainville and Osprey Reefs where highlights included colourful soft coral-covered walls and a hammerhead sighting.
More large marine life appeared southbound, starting with a manta ray encounter on the first dive at Goggle Gardens, followed by whales and dolphins seen from the vessel the following day.

GLASS OUT CONDITIONS!
From the dive deck – Will Shelly
Departing Cairns we steamed north straight to the Ribbon Reefs and then headed east out to Osprey Reef. Starting our expedition off with multiple hammerhead sightings and a totally action packed shark feed to top things off. Heading back down south through the Ribbon Reefs we were met with calm, almost glass out conditions and were blessed with multiple Manta Ray encounters. Markings on one of the rays underside indicate it is a Mike Ball regular!
